Starting a new job is a multi-facetted challenge and adventure.
This program supports people in smoothly taking over their new responsibilities
and in getting used to new demands and new team dynamics.
It is designed to also significantly support them
in fully taking over their new leadership role.

Onboard Coaching is a structured coaching process during first 100 days of a new hire to increase the speed of a new employee’s adaptation to the new role and diminish possible risks.

We’re cooperating with both companies and individuals that want to help people thrive quickly in new settings and bring the most beneficial outcomes for everyone involved.

With the support and the direction of the corporate sponsors, the cooperation of the newly hired executive and the coach aims to prepare the executive for the responsibilites and demands of the new position. Emphasis is placed on quickly and effectively becoming a solid and productive contributor in the new work environment.

Package content

An Onboard Coaching package includes:

1. New Hire Onboarding Plan

  • Reflection of the executives’ leadership style and personality profiles

  • Build a target portfolio, personally and professionally

2. New Hire Monthly Planner

3. Corporate Sponsors meetings

Individually adapted to the coachee’s needs and wishes, sessions may include areas of leadership presence, clarifying a leadership vision and styles, tackling inner conflicts and tensions, attaining a holistic view, dealing with critical conversations and poor performance, managing accountability, building trust in professional relationships and with executive teams etc.

Key players

The main beneficiary – the coachee – is naturally the new employee;
yet additionally involving the direct superior and ideally also the responsible HR person is highly benefical for the whole coaching process and assignment.

Time & Place

Onboard Coaching Sessions typically are conducted weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions are in between 45 minutes to one hour accompanied by full email support.
